December 14, 2010 It's been a long time since I wrote. Just did not get around to it. We had a great July 4th weekend - three days of relaxing with friends, great fireworks and a lot of swimming. We did not get down to to relax much after that - then came soccer season. We closed up in late October. Went down this weekend just to check things out. All is well. The river was frozen over - I did not expect that as it has not been that cold. The sounds of the ice cracking echoing in the valley are incredible. See you next season!

June 6, 2010 The past month has been very busy. We have been down a few times to open up. Water is on, toilet is clean, yard clean-up is done. The crew started siding The Shack this past weekend. Looks real nice.

May 5, 2010 Happy Cinco De Mayo! Final review of the work required to side the shack is complete. The siding will be put on in mid-May.

May 4, 2010 We had a team of people down on Sunday and the new docks are in the water. We had a few minor glitches that we fixed on site but they are in and nice; what a difference with double the space.

April 26, 2010 Long time since the last entry. We have been working hard on our projects. The new dock is almost done; a whopping 10' x 12'. We have the team line dup the for siding. We picked the stype and the color. We found a leak in the roof so now we are looking at replacing that too. The plan is to put the docks in this weekend - depends on the tide and the man power.

January 30, 2010 Stopped by the shack to pick up some camping gear. Checked things out. All is well - no trees down, no leaks, etc. Can't wait until spring.
