Rules to follow
The rules are simple...
  1. At least one 12 pack of beer must be in the refrigerator at all times.
  2. Relax and enjoy your stay.
  3. Plants, animals and fish rule. You are the guest so take care of the environment.
  4. Kids, dogs and other animals like to have fun. Try to keep the noise reasonable and clean-up after them - that means poop too.
  5. There is but one key - do not leave with the key! When you enter the shack put the key back.
  6. Please cleanup after yourself. If we all keep it clean we can relax longer!
  7. If something breaks...don't worry. Let us know with a note or on this site.
  8. No speeding. The speed limit on land is 8 mph. On the water, the whole area is a no wake zone - steerage speed only.
  9. Please stay away from the well in the woods. This is our drinking water and it needs to stay clean.
  10. Take out what you brought in. That means take your garbage with you...and close up.
